Thanks to the contributions made available by the regional Territorial Authority Lazio through the call for proposals “Impresa Rosa Regione Lazio”, approved with Determination no. G09857 of 23/07/2024, NHAZCA has recently obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification with certificate number 025C-NHA-125, official recognition of its commitment to promoting an inclusive work environment.
Equity or Equality?
This prestigious certificate, issued by a nationally accredited body, attests to the adoption of policies and practices aimed at guaranteeing equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender expression.
Obtaining the certification represents an important milestone for the company, which is committed to combating the employment gap linked to the gender role and to enhancing diversity as an element of strength.
The initiatives adopted include monitoring programs, flexible working policies and training on the topic of equality, aimed at creating a more inclusive and stimulating environment. With this recognition we want to position ourselves as an example in the sector, strengthening our reputation and contributing to spreading a culture of respect and hospitality in the world of work.
